1. what are your main products ?
- Our products main include : automotive specialty tools like engine tools , timing tools , under car tools , brake tools , air condition tools ,special sockets , compression testers , precision shafts and some unique air tools,.etc
2. Can you do OEM for us ?
- OEM are welcome for us . Customers' brand ,logo , label can be customized for the products and carton package , but based on a certain quantity .
3. Can you help us to do some change about the products ?
- Yes , special drawing and design will be evaluated by our technical deparment , unit cost will be calculated by finance deparment for your final confirmation . All procedures will be informed and confirmed with you in advance .
4. Can I get a sample ?
- Yes . Sample are welcome for us . But products cost and shipping fee will be charged from customer , the sample cost will be returned to customer once the order confirmed .
5. How about the delivery time ?
- Most of hot selling items are in stock , for stock order small quantity can ship within 5 days , for larger quantity within 30 days ; Products not in stock , small qty can ship out within 15 days , bulk need takes 45-65 days .
